As a culture, we spend so much time fighting and forcing and dieting and pushing our bodies to change, to be different and to fit into the ridiculous beauty standard of 'skinny and pretty.'
I'm here to say FUCK THAT. Beauty is everywhere - in every size, shape, color, perfection and imperfection.
What we really want and need is acceptance and love, because hating your body will never get you as far as loving it will.

Ashley is a Women's Wellness + Empowerment Coach and Yoga Teacher who empowers women in living their most bold life, free from comparison, judgment, fear and negativity.
Through her own struggles with health and body image, Ashley has come to understand that true vital 'health' is much more than diet and exercise. It's about taking exceptional care of ourselves, surrounding ourselves with the right people, managing our stress and connecting back to your true Self.
She believes in the power of positivity, living authentically, and slowing down to create whole health and happiness in our lives. She focuses on simplicity, sustainability and Soul to motivate and inspire her students to make the necessary changes in their lives and LIVE BOLD and COME ALIVE in their lives.
